Eligibility comes before any game decision
Social casino terms can restrict access to an entire platform, while separate sweepstakes rules can further govern who may enter a promotion or redeem a prize. A visitor should check both sets of rules, not rely on a national advertising headline.
Current terms control: this independent guide cannot approve an account, determine legal residency or guarantee prize eligibility.
Age, residence and restricted locations
Shuffle.us publishes age and location criteria in its Terms and a separate restricted-states help page. Its official materials may not list excluded locations in identical ways at all times, so a hard-coded state list on this website could mislead readers. Check both current operator documents and obtain direct clarification if they conflict.
Do not use VPNs or location workarounds to evade restrictions.
Verification and prize redemption
- Confirm the platform is accessible where you actually reside and are located.
- Read identity, age and address verification obligations.
- Check how Gold Coins differ from Shuffle Cash.
- Understand play-through and redemption criteria in current Sweepstakes Rules.
- Use official support for account-specific questions.
A displayed balance or promotional entry is not, by itself, evidence of entitlement to a payout.
No-purchase entry is not universal access
Sweepstakes rules may provide an alternative entry method, but this does not waive geographic, identity or age restrictions. Optional virtual currency purchases also do not guarantee a prize or override the rules.
For the full distinction between free play and promotional entry, consult our free-games guide.
A careful pre-registration decision
- The operator is identified and separate from this affiliate publisher.
- My current location and residency are permitted under current rules.
- I meet applicable age requirements.
- I understand all currency and prize conditions.
- I know where responsible-play and self-exclusion tools are located.
If any item is uncertain, pause and consult the operator’s official documentation before proceeding.
